Slowride by New Belgium brewery. It's my new favorite IPA. It's a session styled IPA, so it has less alcohol so I can drink more of them.

I have discovered and am enjoying one of the best Manhattans known to man. I'll share the recipe here for those of you who truly appreciate a fine cocktail:

1 part Four Roses single barrel, 1 part "A Midwinter Nights Dram" rye, 1 part Antica Formula 1786 vermouth with a couple of Amarena Fabbri wild cherries and a few dashes of Blood Orange bitters.

My disclaimers:Too damn good. Enjoy responsibly. Never post on the internet while drunk.

Bird Dog Peach flavored whisky, on the rocks.

Last night I focused on Turkey American Honey. Tonight it's the Bird Dog, and this may be a new favorite for me. Outstandingly delicious, very smooth on the rocks, and 80 proof.

Homemade apple wine with a little goldschlager.

Really homemade apple wine. We picked the apples, pulped, pressed, and fermented it ourselves.
