Put a 15 lb brisket on the Treager last night. After 15 hours it is now wrapped and resting. Will be cut and eaten within an hour.

Working on a Prime Rib Roast. The less than ideal way.... at the girls this weekend, so no smoker...

Pollo asada.  Started last night and just went on the grill (I tend to use gas for chicken).  Mesquite in the smokebox for added flavor.
