Took a bike ride today up into the mountains. The fall colors are near their peak, but the day wasn't very good for picture taking. I was rainy and overcast, so these pictures aren't anywhere as good as they should have been.

I will probably go back out next weekend to take more photos. I think the peak will be sometime this week, then all those great colors will fall to the ground.

It was a fun ride though!

Thanks guys. Yeah, Colorado. The first pictures were from Pennock Pass, then Cameron pass area, then up Laramie River Road.

I don't think I'd want to live anywhere else.

Very nice.

I must drive out next week or two and see for myself.

Last October when we went elk hunting, the colors were gorgeous, everywhere we went.

Thanks for posting this.

If you are coming out, I'd suggest you come next weekend. The Aspens will be at their peak in most places and past their peak in some. 2 weeks might be pushing it (the trees might be near empty).
