A scheming, Lamborghini-driving NYPD cop raped a women he met on a domestic-violence call, then threatened to expose sexy photos he secretly took if she reported him, according to a Brooklyn federal court complaint.
The alleged victim claims Officer Harold Avalos targeted her after he came to her Queens home in September 2012 to respond to a dispute with her then-common-law husband, court papers say. The woman — who is seeking $15 million from the city and from Avalos — claims that she woke up naked in bed with the cop the next morning and that he told her they had had sex. She thinks she was drugged.
“He showed her naked pictures of herself and pictures of them having sex and also told her he had taken a video,” the complaint states. He also allegedly threatened to kill her family if she talked.

If true, the guy is a POS and deserves to hang.
On one hand, the time delay is suspicious. On the other hand, I can understand the hesitation if he has/had blackmail photos he threatened to release. Once they're out there, even if he's arrested and punished, they can never be taken back. |

How the hell do you drug a woman while responding to a domestic violence call? And drug her thoroughly enough that she has a night of wild sex with you, not giving a rat's ass that you spend most the night making sure you get all the good shots on film/stills, whatever... Yet she doesn't remember anything more than waking up with you naked the next morning?
