I don't know if this has ever been mentioned before, or if so, I haven't seen it in the short time that I have been here, but the more I think about the AWB or whatever other gun-grabbing ideas folks out there have, but why hasn't anyone come up with a lawsuit or some case which would call into question the constitutionality of all these stupid laws.

I'm not a legal expert, or even a student of law, but if Roe v. Wade could happen, then why can't we, the gunowners and fans of the 2nd Amendment, have our own victory as well?
