Crowder news
http://louderwithcrowder.com/bombs-away-anti-2a-miss-sloane-tanks-box-office/ I know its been duped technically but I figured give Crowder a bump. , over the weekend posted one of the worst performances of the past 35 years for a movie in wide release. The movie pulled in $1,167 on average at the 1,648 theaters across the country it was shown in. It made $1,922,300, meaning it was the 11th-highest grossing movie in the country. It is number 79 on Box Office Mojo’s list of Worst Opening Weekend by Per-Theater Average since 1982. |

I posted this in the other thread: Miss Sloane has grossed $1,683,337 from 11/25/16 - 12/11/16 NICS checks through November, 2016, total 24,767,514, which is 2,251,592 per month, or 75,053 per day. (FBI Website) 16 Days at that average rate (12/11/16 - 11/25/16) would be 1,200,849 NICS checks in that time frame. If each NICS check generated ONLY $1.40 (one dollar and forty cents) per check, the $$ sales of firearms would equal the box office take. (yeah, I know, not all are sales, weekdays are different from weekends, black friday, some are multiples, some CCW) |

FUUUUU......!!! At least my prediction that "Dozens of people will see it" was only slight hyperbole. |

CN Live | New Movie Romanticizes Gun Control |

Nobody saw brokebackn mountain and it won Best picture.
So expect more bs from the left for sure |
|
|
Yeah, but it will probably win awards from the Sundance & Venice film festivals.
|
|
I just read a synopsis of the movie. Who the fuck thought that would make for a good movie?

Discount Dexter's sister has a lezboner for Jessica Chastain.

I just now learned that "totes cool" is a thing, with "totes" standing in for "totally".

Now that the Left lost the election and is gearing up for a Russian invasion, I think the anti-2A stuff is on the backburner.

I saw the trailer here, even if you haaaate guns it looked boring as hell. Wow who doesn't want to watch a riveting drama about congressional hearings!!??

This movie makes lefties cry like it was the english patient or the notebook.

I think it already has a golden globe nomination. View Quote Jessica Chastain was nominated for Best Actress. That was its only nomination. To be fair, I've heard that she did put in a great acting performance, even though the material is liberal tripe. Even the pro-gun pundit in the linked interview above said as much. |

It's a niche political movie that takes a swing at a part of American culture that has never been more popular.
Everybody outside of the Hollywood echo chamber saw this coming. |
|
Even if it was flipped and was about passing pro gun laws it would still be a shit movie

Jeeez, Do you realize how many electrons have been wasted rehashing this??

Just getting the movie made is a victory for them.
Doesn't matter if it tanks at the box office, they'll just show it in classrooms to a captive audience. And if it failed at the box office, it was because of racism and sexism and homophobia and the NRA. "It cost a 80 million dollars, and it only made 87. But its still a victory for responsible gun control". Its the greatest strength of the Left. They have no sense of shame, no sense of waste and no sense of failure. "We blew eleventy billion on it and only 20 people paid to see it? So what? At least we did something". Take the moral high ground away from them, they'll build another one over there on that pile of sand and trash. The important thing is to take reality away from them, and Americans did do that on November 8th. Congratulations by the way. |

They are trying everything they can to press it...but it's just not happening. America loves it's guns. This is such a losing battle it baffles me that it's even waged.

Be sure to also leave your comments/ thoughts on the actual movie page/ "sponsored" posts, etc
Sloane movie Facebook Page I have noticed a bunch of "its great" forced comments from people who likely never watched it, but have MDA/Everytown/Brady likes in their Profile. So if you see someone obviously shilling, ask them what their favorite scene was... <crickets>, no one watched it! |

More proof of Alt-right Nazism. Rhhhheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! |

Hillary was supposed to win. This movie was supposed to set her agenda for her. Oops. I guess they'll just have to settle for their Oscar. Everyone watching will clap, look around and say "Miss what?" |
