Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - State rifle sales.

I remember reading something that some states will let sales of rifles happen to out of state residents.

i believe NV and UT has this agreement. i cannot seem to find out any more info on this. i thought it used to be on packing.org but since they changed it up a bit i cannot find it.

anyone ever heard of this or have a link to any information about this.
