WASHINGTON (AP) - Polling stations across the Nation issue a new statement regarding election day voter turnout.
It has been reported that turnout at the polls is expected to be so high that in order to accomodate everyone with all the crowding that voting will be extended to two days. This decision was based on the expectation that voter turnout for one day could exceed polling stations capacity to correctly process every vote. This new system also promises the individual voter that they will not be subjected to long lines and waiting periods to cast their vote. The new dates for voting will be as follows:
Registered Republicans will vote on Tuesday,November 2nd.
Registered Democrats will vote on Wednesday, November 3rd.
