This is a sad acknowledgment that the anti's have won another battle.  Sportsmanguide has chosen (not restricted by law) not to sell in a specific geographical area for fear of litigation and this doesn't bother you?  Just how close to your zip code does the battle have to take place for you to blame them?

That wasn't my point.  In fact, the sale is perfectly legal in Maryland.  Sportsmans Guide, however, chooses to make their own restrictions above and beyond the law.  Are you in favor of those who would restrict the lawful rights of you and other gun owners?
