I'm think its a wolf spider but I just want to be sure, this fucker probably weighed 2lbs and was light brown, not dark like the rest of the wolf spiders around here.
I just went on a chemical warfare campaign with bleach and Windex

Looks like your every day wolf spider.
Not dangerous. ETA here's a pic...yep, you just killed yourself a harmless wolf spider.

I don't care if they are harmless or not, try waking up and stepping on the floor only to have one the size of Texas an inch from your toe.

I usually catch them in a jar and then release them across the street. They're beneficial to have around the home as they will control cricket and other insect populations. We have a no-kill policy around my house when it comes to non-dangerous spiders and snakes. |
