I feel sorry for the poor guy. The laws in the U.S. are pretty similar.
If this becomes applied generally, what are infertile couples (where the man is the infertile one) going to have to do in order to have kids?? Between DNA testing, "open" adoptions, and all the record-tracking that sperm banks already have to do (in case a donor turns out to have AIDS or some other illness), if the lawyers have their way, the whole country is going to be f*cked. |

Should he have to pay child support under the circumstances.....maybe yes and maybe no. He should have to pay the children for "pain and suffering", though for knowingly allowing the children to be raised in an environment of utter gender confusion.
