I like my Sparc AR, but if you're looking at other options, I'd look at the Sig Romeo 4. I think you can find them around $200 if you find them on sale.

Primary Arms, Holosun, and Sig all have micro dots in that price range.

I have a sparc and a spitfire. The sparc is nice, but i love the spitfire.

PA MD-ADS is lightyears ahead of the SPARC AR in terms of battery life. I've had mine on since they were released October 14.

My local shop had a sale on the Sparc AR for $140. Nice little sight and hard to beat at that price, plus you can't go wrong with the Vortex warranty. I haven't seen that Spitfire AR but I REALLY like the way that reticle looks.

I ordered a sparc from PSA for $139 shipped, on Friday. Might be able to get it still
Also , if you are leaning toward an aim point pro, the vortex strikefire will give it a run for its money. Physically very similar in size and shape, with price of 179 all day long, but you can find better deals. I have vortex strikefire, aimpoint pros, t1s, and a couple of Burris red dots. The strikefire is the best value overall. They offer red dot only, and a red/green version. I like red only, it's brighter. Good luck |
