I noticed on the last couple of South Park episodes Barbara Streisand has been the focus of quite a few jokes. What's the story?

She's a pathetic POS and they know it.

Matt Stone and Trey Parker are convinced that Barbara Streisand is the Anti-Christ.

Hey, do you guys remember Mecha-streisand from 3 or 4 seasons ago? That was the ultimate[;)]

That one was a cool one to watch. A homage to Japanese monster movies.

Remember everytime she started singing?

Mecha Streisand is one of the episodes available on DVD. It explains everything you need to know about her. She's just a bad person.

Streisand and "Hanoi" Jane Fonda form a mutual admiration society. Does that clear it up for ya? Madison (who remembers the 1972 NVA AA gun picture from when it first came out)

In the "Spooky Vision" Halloween episode, they continuously flashed pictures of Babs around the screen accompanied by screams. Man, that was funny!

I knew she was a beyotch. It's kind of cool to see them do that on the show. I just didn't get the joke. I wonder if they are pro-gun?

I think that the message is that entertainers who step into preachy politics and the people who take them seriously by looking to them for guidance are idiots.
