I just know that there's some of you out there whose mailbox is currently full, and you don't even know it!

It seems that 9 times out of 10, when I try to IM someone, I get the [b]'Sorry, that users mailbox is currently full[/b].

Is this for real?

Folks, please take care of your mailboxes now!

How can I effectively bitch, moan and complain when some of you aren't even listening!

I didn't even know WTH an IM was until yesterday! Discovered the thing by mistake, wanting to contact another member. I know how to send now, but how do I know when there's a message? Do I have to check the icon thingy all the time to see if it's lit up??

It'll be red if you have a message. It might blink red....I'm kind of fuzzy on that one since I've only got one or two messages, a long time ago.

Well, folks, it may be that you have to be a member of AR15.com in order to use your mailbox, 'cause I just did a random selection of posters on another thread, and there were no 'empty' mailboxes for those who were not AR15.com members.

This was random, but it may explain why the message that their mailboxes are full!

The mailboxes aren't activated.

So THAT'S why the little IM button was flashing red! I had a bunch of IMs going all the way back to December that I hadn't read up to now! Boy do I feel stoopid. I thought IMs were supposed to pop up a box or make a noise or something. Sorry guys that I didn't reply to! [:I]

It's been bothering me for weeks, but I thought that there was some reason for this problem that was more complex and technical.

Non paying members can only have 10 messages in their box.

I've messaged GB before about how difficult it is to see if you have a message. He said he will rework the IM so this is just temporarly.

I got a ton of stuff to get to before this, but I'll check msg limits and junk and make sure they're more realistic... 10 is a bit weak... prolly cause of the temp setup...

While I don't think most of that stuff's worth saving, I will crank it first chance I get... our environment's still a bit messy!

I know you are supposed to make noise going through the woods, to "spook" the bears,especially if they are[b] big bears[/b].....but I never heard you had to make noise to let them know they have messages in their box![:)]
