He's increasing the ranks of the 'disabled': IBD Link.
More workers joined the federal government's disability program in June than got new jobs, according to two new government reports, a clear indicator of how bleak the nation's jobs picture is after three full years of economic recovery.
The economy created just 80,000 jobs in June, the Bureau of Labor Statistics reported Friday. But that same month, 85,000 workers left the workforce entirely to enroll in the Social Security Disability Insurance program, according to the Social Security Administration. The disability ranks have outpaced job growth throughout President Obama's recovery. While the economy has created 2.6 million jobs since June 2009, fully 3.1 million workers signed up for disability benefits. |

It ought to be that so-n-so will stay the fuck out of the way, and keep the .gov out of the way as best they can, so everything else, and everyone else can take care of themselves. |

Has he improved the job situation?
Not without the help of congress. the tax situation? not without the help of congress has he worked with congress to improve the debt situation? Not without the helpof congress has he made it easier to get a loan? Yes. COmpared to our ability to get a loan if all the bankd that would have fail failed at the end of GWB term. has he made it easier buy that first car for their kids? Why is this the government's intrest? He has no idea what the middle class is. And you think Romney does? Forget about it, he could make it a hell of a lot easier for the middle class if he would just get the regulatory agencies, the bureaucrats, and the government in general out our fucking way Not without the help of congress. |
