Selectors

It's a long article and I've only scanned it but the Selector bit caught my eye...........

because in '94 or '95, on an exercise of "This building is now a Federal Courthouse, secure it", I suggested a peaceful looking, inquisitive internal security force to search out and talk to those who looked "lost" or similar.......with a heavily armed security force that could be rapidly deployed in the building as well.

As far as I know, my report stayed internal, was never published and, of course, people tend to think alike in things. Still.....makes me wonder.
