Learn how to build an electrolyser fuel cell. Learn how to get free energy from splitting hydrogen and oxygen atoms that make up water. Also includes plans for converting your car to run on water. We have also included plans for a simple device that can be constructed from pvc plumbing parts to produce large amounts of hydrogen. This device ran a small gas engine successfully. Lots of How-To info. This is amazing! To bad the oil companies don't want you to know about it.[whacko] Ion Ray Gun Ions are charged particles of energy and this weapon is capable of propelling millions of ions considerable distances. The completed device will induce shocks, charge capacitors, light lights and more. All at a distance without direct contact. Operates on (8) AA batteries. It can induce painful but harmless electric shocks. Can induce shocks from up to 20 feet away under ideal conditions. "ideal conditions" under water perhaps?
