Copy the url for the pic and when you click on the image button, insert the url in the little window that pops up.

take the URL of the picture, and end the tags tag to it. Or you can click on the picture icon in the instert tags menu, when you post something new. It is the 9th little icon over from the left, on the top row. |

When you start topic (or reply to one) under the window you are typing in you will see what looks like a picture of mountains with the sun above them, click that and it will open a window into which you enter the web address of the picture you want to display.
Make sure you don't double the http://, then click OK |
