yep, and i don't think it would unreasonable (although not necessarily correct either) to assume that the soldiers that participated in the raid are in the back pocket of a rival cartel...

that whole country is completely fucked.

All headshots, no soldiers killed due to training superior to the "shabby" cartels. Talking points fed to the media by the government to put fear into Zeta Cartel members. No doubt the soldiers won the altercations, but I'm sure it wasn't a spotless clean affair. Or who knows, maybe the 100 soldiers sent on foot were 50 snipers and 50 spotters to surround the camp.

Thousands of rounds of ammunition! Plus a whopping approximate 530 "assault rifle cartridges"! Those must be super special ass-seeking boolets... Seriously, the average arfcom member  has more ammo x 100 than this gang "unit" was in possession of.

With all the only headshot and no soldiers were injured talk, seems like pro military propaganda.

Yeah, that was my thought, too.

In fact, being Mexico, it's also possible that the police/military just took whoever they could find, dressed them up, and shot them in the head so that they could CLAIM to have killed drug traffickers.

If US operators are sent down there, you nor I nor the Mexicans would know.

But it is interesting at the success the Mex military has had lately.

All those head shots sound more like executions than anything else to me.

Maybe Uncle Sam could train up a battalion and pay them enough not to take bribes for
long enough (nothing last forever) to take down one gang after another till the gangs quit
disturbing civilians lives in Mexico and our border area-

When the guy wearing body armor tries to surrender, shoot him in the head.
