Been trying to get rid of my old 82 Chevy 4x4 for a long time. Gas is too expensive and I was needing something a little nicer. My uncle bought it new and I bought it off of him a while back. It was just used for work, hunting, and fishing.

It was sad to see it go. Hauled many a big deer and coolers full of fish in it....good times.

I was wondering, what all vehicles have you all sold and wished you could have back. I'm already regretting it

What are you buying with the money?

I don't miss any of my old vehicles except my motorcycle because the odds are my wife will never go for me having another one. It was just a Yamaha SECA II that I had from right after college through a full time job and then about 1/2 way through grad school. Now every time I see a nice bike on the road with my wife in the car she can tell I am jealous.

ETA: I do miss my 97 Civic every time I put gas in my current truck.

I missed my 95 Harley Soft Tail Custom, so I bought a 2001 Harley Springer. Wifey didn't like that, but that is tough! Still have it in spite of her bitching to sell it!

Wish I still had my 1982 Ford F100 Flareside with the inline-6.

That was the best vehicle I have ever owned.

Had to sell it when I got orders to Korea.

Isn't it strange how emotionally connected people can get to inanimate objects? It makes absolutely NO sense whatsoever...yet so many people do it. I am totally guilty as well.

I had a '92 Acura Integra that I still miss to this day. There was just something about it...the car had a lot of spirit. It only had 140hp, but it could wring every bit of that 140hp out of that 1.8 liter engine and performed fairly well. It could cruise quite comfortably at 90-100mph. Handled like a go-cart. It was a hatch back with folding back seats, so I could fit A LOT of cargo in it. I should have held onto it a LOT longer than I did. Oh well.

Today I have a '04 Corvette and a '95 Tacoma 4X4. It is my intention to keep both until they have to (gasp...sob...) be put down humanely. They take care of me, I take care of them, and we all get along very well. Just they other day the three of us were talking about....

Oh, never mind.

The one I miss the most is my 1965 Pontiac Star Chief. I also regretted getting rid of my 1971 Chevy Caprice 2-door for many years.
