I think that my Dad is taking my Stepmother, my brother and myself to brunch, which is fine by me.
My stepmother isn't a very good cook (but don't tell her I said that).

Our Christmas dinner is going to be on the 31st, but we are having:
Appetizer: Bacon wrapped scallops & assorted cheeses Salad/Soup: Lobster Bisque Main Course: Garlic Prime Rib w/ Rosemary Red Skin potatoes and grilled Asparagus Dessert: Assorted Pies, coffee and a nip of Irish Whisky |

On monday when i finish up after three 12 hr shifts the menu is ----
8lb. Prime rib with garlic, rosemary, salt, black pepper rub,--- medium rare large re-baked potatoes cheddar, green onion, bacon home baked sour dough bread pear lettuce salad with blue cheeze crumbles and walnuts crab meat, cream cheeze dip- appetizer real cream cheeze cake w/blueberry top Damm, now I'm hungry just thinking about it Oh ya, all those cheeze items are in honor of the Chicago Bears for stomping Green Bay(cheezeheads) on Sunday  |

Mums homemade tacos n meatloaf n porterhouse staight from the grill
plus a nice amount of morels that i fought to save for the last couple months..damm theyre addiciting and some very nice wines n cheeses to hold me over till the main courses i know i`m missing a bunch but oh well.i know it will damm good :) hope ya all have a great x-mas and happy new years |

Had the ham and all the trimmings family dinner Christmas Eve,so looking at a big pile of home made Tamales for lunch and a couple of HUGE rib eyes for dinner. Or vice/versa.
