Wondering what my next PC game purchase should be...

I liked Warcraft and Starcraft/Broodwar, and Command and Control Red Alert....

What would you suggest?

Warcraft III would be a natural...also, the C&C General series is good. I think you can get Generals and the add on boxed together for $39. Same deal for WCIII...they have a bundled version with the original WCIII and some of the add on packs.

Are you into any FPS/shooter style games? If so, the Medal of Honor series, or Call of Duty. WWII action at it's finest.

How's your hardware...theres' a pretty big jump in horsepower requrements from the games you mention and the stuff coming out in the last year or so.

WC III isn't that more of an RPG twist on WarCraft?

Hardware: I think I got a 2.4 AMD Athlon, 540 MB ram, and about 30-40 GB free disk space, DVD Rom, CDRW....

WCIII is an RTS, just like the other Warcrafts. If you liked thelast one, you'll like III. Very good looking game, big graphical update, and the add on packs give it some legs. Same with the General series.

Hardware sounds ok, depending on video card.
