the first witness called by the prosecutor would have been FBHO?
He knew about the server and there are emails to prove it Per judge whatever on Fox. |

Judge Napalatino?
I do believe he is on our side, but proof baby, we need proof. |

I'm not sure if we are witnessing a whole bunch of news stories that will simply blow over in a years time frame or are we are witnessing the tea kettle starting to simmer on something major coming.

Think about it. FHRC uses her private email server to conduct official State Department work... Wouldn't it be reasonable to presume that FBHO was also aware of the private server and he knowingly sent/received email to/from said servers?
|
|
This has been obvious from the start. He let her do this shit for 4 years, the buck should stop on his desk or in his golf cart.
|
|
Isn't the job of law enforcement to present the
evidence to a grand jury & they decide wether to prosecute or not comey should not have had a say in this at all . |

Hillary could eat a baby on live TV and she would still get 40% of the vote

View Quote I'm going to go out on a limb here and just say that he was sat down by Loretta Lynch and told that FBHO has already issued a pardon to FHRC for any and all crimes committed in office. Hence, nothing to prosecute and no place to go. However, due to the sensitive nature of the evidence he's not permitted to talk about it. |

I've always said that they couldn't prosecute her because the corruption goes all the way to very top. Taking HRC down takes Zero down as well.

WSJ says that his wife got $500k in a political contribution from long time Clinton supporter, VA Gov McAuliffe. Since then, he has been promoted to #2 man at the FBI. http://www.wsj.com/articles/clinton-ally-aids-campaign-of-fbi-officials-wife-1477266114 Coincidence? LOL.......sure. Not to mention all of the deals that were made for immunity from prosecution. Aloha, Mark |

Hopefully, Trump will get a lot of guilty parties put in Prison.

When the emails go out or were received from cunting.com or FHRCemail.com or whatever she used, everyone knew. To say otherwise is a lie and a sham. If the shrieking witch had used state.gov email, the FBI would investigate the hack as an attack on the US. She wanted to be able to hide and delete pussy tweets as necessary so she used the personal set up.
But still, everyone up to the head pole smoker himself knew and allowed it to happen. Therefore, the issue was allowed to be covered up and she was let off with a slap on the hand. as she wasn't criminal, just to fucking stupid to know better. |

View Quote It's been known since the beginning of the investigation that Obama used an unsecured email to contact Hillary on her server. The FBI supposedly startled Huma Abedin with the question of Obama and Hillary's server and she asked for copies of those emails. This came out in the Congressional investigation as well. The reason they havent started against Obama is the news media is so pro Obama they don't want it claimed it is a Republican Party attack. The news media would use it to decimate the Republican Congressional members in this years Congressional elections. If Trump gets in, he's going to hang dozens on government bureaucrats including Obama. Why do you think the news media has kept a lid on all the Clinton Foundation news of outright bribery? The news media is so pro liberal it is scary. The whole country is manipulated by the news media and the government. |

It wasn't that they did not prosecute, as Comey said, the case was un-prosecutable.
It was that the investigation was done in a manner to produce a case which was un-prosecutable! Amnesty given before talking to folks, agreeing NOT to look at evidence during the only important time frame, destruction of evidence after the fact, not putting the Hildabeast under oath, so she could be prosecuted for obvious lies. The fix was in from the get go. Comey MUST be impeached. While he may leave office, there has to be at least a big black stain on his record, to make future folks think twice about selling out the American public so easily. |

View Quote YES - and everyone else in the government that she corresponded with, and likely others had/have private servers as well - hence they ALL would have been implicated. IMO, that's why Comey stated that "no reasonable prosecutor would move to prosecute her case". Having said that, I also believe he is corrupt and directly tied to the Clinton Foundation ($6 million worth). If he was a man with integrity that took his oath seriously and stood for law & order, he would have suggested the case be prosecuted, and let the chips fall where they may on those guilty. The marxist corruption is like a cancer, infecting every level of our government, justice, courts, finance, education, media, on and on. I truly believe, with certainty, that it is far too late to save, BUT, if we have 1 ounce of hope for that to happen, I believe DJT is the only shot. ... Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |

You must ask and lawyers must ponder the question...can a criminal pardon a criminal? That is going to be key to all of this.

If the emails show that the Dems at any time said that MSM are tools (they are but think they aren't).
Then they will turn and start doing their jod as intended. Otherwise they will continue to cover for them. |
