Handled that at SHOT a few years ago, felt like shouldering an M240G.

Considering what the Knight's M110 package sold for I'm inclined to call that a good deal.

Fucking colors don't even match. They can shove it up their ass for $28,000.

That thing cost more than my car brand new! Can it seat four people and do 80 on the highway no problem?

Hell no, my Barrett was only $8k

$28k for a 308 that isn't belt fed or full auto??

I wouldn't pay $5k for it, I shot my SR-25 EC beside($3700) our issue M-110s and it was hitting everything they were.

I would rather have a XM2010 than another 308 sniper rifle.

I need to get into the ripping off tax payers-business. Mass produce existing platforms but with a tiny non-mechanical alteration like clovers on the handguard, make it a bronze-ish-FDE, slap on some high-speed Kreiger barrel and Gieselle-whatever, then ask $30k each. Prolly cost $1200 to build. Ill say "muh overhead costs" as justification, and "american jobs" and "we might get invaded" as the other reasons for the price. Works great for the others.

Can someone tell me why it has a steel received? What advantage does it have? Don't see why they'd move to steel after 50 years of being alloy.

It is the only one in Canada. Some rich collector will buy it.

That's bonkers.  I paid less than half that for my factory KAC marked MK11 Mod 0 package, including adding a suppressor on top.  They're playing for fools with that pricing.

And you can only shoot the G28E at a certified gun range (restricted).

The gun is in Canada. $28k Canadian dollars is like $1100 USD, guys. It's a good deal.

Lol, nope. Assuming it is a real G28, I don't see anything it can do that an HK417 can't with the proper modifications. Unless you're a collector with way too much money to burn.

In Canada the AR-15, AR-10*, and variants are restricted to gun ranges only.

*No one has challenged the law on AR-10.

The RCMP is frightened of law-abiding armed citizens, especially those with EBRs
