Bill Clinton convinced me to buy one while I could.

Built my first when I was 19. Never thought I could afford one until I got curious and clicked on the AR15 tab one day. Oops.

Began building one at 18yrs old, I can't remember if I finished it before I turned 19 or not. This was just within the last year.

M16 at 17 - Marines

AR at 33 in the early 90's when the LA riots got going. I lived in Milwaukee then as I was in medschool and the blacks in Milwaukee were talking a lot of trash about starting up shit, getting back at whitey, etc. So I bought a Colt blue label carbine. My first and the rest is history.

I began to carry Uncle Sugar's when I was 20.

Bought my first two AR15s on the same day when I was 49.

I was issued an M16 at barely 18 years old, and I never owned an AR until I was 37. Now let's just say that I have "more than one".

i was 15. had to work construction all summer to save for it. bought a used SP1 with a 20 and 30 rounder for 425 back in 1985. back then the only accessories were extra mags, spare parts, maybe a few red dots, and the old 3x20 Colt scope.things have come a long way for the Black Rifle.
