I can get you a Sony VPL-PX51 for around $5k. Got 2 sitting in the floor of the shop right now.

I went to Fry's and picked up a refurb for about $400.
Some PVC pipe and some fabricating and it's mounted to the ceiling for about $15 more... WIN!

We have a ceiling mounted Optoma HD20 projecting a 96" screen at 14 feet in our home theater room. It cost us around $2k
