The cut started on 03012011 @ 198.5 lbs.

Today before the gym 190.5 lbs.

Going down to 178lbs before May 30th (my birthday and the day our pool club opens)

High protein, high fiber, limiting carb intake moved to Jack and Diet.

Stopping @ 80% of max, increased the HIIT training and ending with 30 mins of cardio and ab's 5-6 times a week, none if I do a double.

I am over the carb crave and hunger hump.
