This crap legislation, both state and federal tripe, supposedly protecting us from gun owning "mental defectives..."

Would it have stopped this nutbag Tyler Peterson....?

A Forest County Sheriff's Deputy...?

A Crandon police officer...?

Certainly he must have been well screened and trained, right?

He was a cop, afterall.

Any thoughts?

My thoughts are that the mayor of my city couldn't understand why I didn't want to hire anyone under 25.  Too little maturity, too much power, too little span of control.
