New York Steak that is marinating in soy sauce, green onions, garlic, and some italian dressing. Shoud be just right in another hour or so. Side dishes include a Thai salad and some veggies. A bottle of 1991 Raymond Amberhill Private Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon will round out the meal.

I fried up some boneless/skinless chicken breast with cajon seasoning in olive oil. I then made a sandwich with the chicken, mozzarella cheese, sauteed garlic, mushrooms, onions, sweet bell peppers and topped it off with Helmans mayo and lots of Garlic Tobasco sauce on sour dough bread. I also had cajon fries and hot buttered carrots. MMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!
