Sent it off in JANUARY, they cashed the check in February, it went pending May 7th - on Monday it will be 120 days and still no paperwork/tax stamp back.

Last SBR took about 75 days.

Do I have any recourse? I'm going to call them on Monday, and if it STILL isn't finished then I'm thinking of speaking directly to my inspector, and then calling my congressman. I've heard that sometimes can help.

Give them an ultimatum: "If I don't get the stamp I paid for by next Friday I'm chopping the barrel down anyway." That will get their attention.

The delay could be caused by the move to WV... it could still be a long wait.

What happens with a pending app and a move across state lines?

Is there more paperwork involved? Does it reset the clock?

I will have to resubmit more paperwork, it MAY reset the clock.

Not as concerned on the SBR (since I'm technically doing it myself) but my suppressor is another story - I'll have to find another dealer to go through for the transfer and pay even more money.

Goddamned ATF.
