I can't find any mention of it in the news & I understand that a decision was to be announced today.

Any word???

I cant find anything, but there's a whole lot of news on the other cases they discussed.

They are still considering whether to grant cert, so no word yet.

They'll never rule on it or even comment on it. Just my opinion.

The SC web admin is a bit slow, it takes him a few days to update everything, usually he'll have the stuff up by Friday.
