There is a lot to be learned here on ARFCOM, but General Discussions can be a little rough no newbs and ladies. Pay no attention to it and you will be fine. Where in FL are you?

go take the nra gun familarization course.(or whatever its called) Then go to a range and rent a few guns, find the one that fits you best. Shoot a few time with it and make sure you like it. Purchase the gun of your choice and then, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice, practice and do it about 1000 times more. And you will become a great and cautious shooter.
My gf will be applying for her CCW in may when she turns 21. She has a glock 19 and loves it. |
