It was a 1-888 number. Lady asked to speak to hondaciv, I said it was me.

She said she was a registered nurse, to not hang up, and to please verify your address and DOB.

I said no, not until you tell me who you are and what the call is about.

She said I had to verify my shit first.

I said we aren't going anywhere until you tell me what this is about.

She said something about calling back on a number... I interrupted her, told her I'm not interested in her stuff, and hung up.

So out of curiously, I googled the number to see who it was, and it was an actual legit call from Pfizer. I'm taking some of their medicine.

They need a better way to contact people. I'm not giving my information out to anyone claiming to be a nurse on the phone, and who is being coy about who they are and what it's about.

I agree with you, there should be a better way if this was legit.

I would have done the same thing.

Did you call back? Could be a recall notice?

This isn't related to the little blue pill is it?

I would have assumed it was a scam too and hung up on them.

You were correct to do what you did. So,what was the call about?

Not since I was 18.

No, not about the blue pill.

They know it's been longer than 4 hours. They're watching you.

They accidentally swapped your pills for birth control.

Post pics of newly grown tits.

When your balls shrivel up like dried raisins and fall off, you're going to wish you had taken that call about your big one time only settlement.

Sadly, for every one of you there are 5 more that would have sued if the nurse gave out some confidential medical information because she didn't confirm who you were first...

Got any un-explained weird growths, thoughts of suicide, ringing in the ears?

With all the scams out there right now, i don't blame you OP.

If it was an actual legit call, I hope that organization learns that people are trained not to give information to someone calling them, because of scams.
Hopefully, they can change their method and just ask for the number of the address, no street name, no city, state or zip...or just zipcode.
If the caller already had their information, then just verify the information with two wrong questions instead of the right one.

Caller ID could have been spoofed. You did the right thing hanging up. If they need to contact you, they'll do it by mail. Probably certified mail.

Edit - If you're concerned for your health, go to pfizer's website, get a number there and call them.

Dibs on guns in case you don't call them back to find out what's going on.

"Sure, no problem, you tell me what it is & I'll let you know if you're right or wrong."
