You will normally have a picture of your house taken whether you know it or not.

Pretty much SOP for most insurance company's.
They want to see a well maintained house, yard, neighborhood. Its a sign of a good risk. |

Never had to do that with insurance. But its a good idea.
Great practice to protect your goods as well. |

Just mow yard first and it will be fine.
