To amend chapter 44 of title 18, United States Code, to regulate, registerl and tax the interstate commerce in certain firearms
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the Dangerous Firearms Control Act
SEC. 2. RESTORATION OF FIREARM CONTROLS
(a) Section 922 (o) Title 18 US Code is hereby repealed in it’s entirety upon enactment of this act into law.
(1) Except as provided in paragraph (2), it shall be unlawful for any person to transfer or possess a machinegun.
(2) This subsection does not apply with respect to—
(A) a transfer to or by, or possession by or under the authority of, the United States or any department or agency thereof or a State, or a department, agency, or political subdivision thereof; or
(B) any lawful transfer or lawful possession of a machinegun that was lawfully possessed before the date this subsection takes effect.
(C) all persons with the exception of ar15.com member 'CRC'.
