Funny you should mention that. Initially, German troops have been welcomed as liberators by the people under Stalin's yoke. After much harrassment, ambushes, traps, horrible crimes against the occupying power by irregular fighters disguising as civilians or collaborateurs, German command resigned to tighten the reigns...alienating the population...uniting Communists and Nationalists...well, it went kinda downhill from there. Other mistakes have been made as well, like appointing an inept administrator for the occupied territories, and nobody succeeding to off the deluded commander in chief until it was too late.
Alas, I don't see how we can back off now. Fucking nuke the whole fucking sandbox. Of course it would be wrong, but sometimes you can't do what's right, and you have to do what's appropriate. Mr President, the War is back on. Unleash the hounds. Enough with the PC bullshit, nation-building, winning hearts and minds. Drop the biggest fucking bombs on the place we have. Yeah, yeah, that would be mean. Shit happens though. I didn't want us to be in that situation, but now that we are in it, we have to finish it. My Chevy runs just fine on glowing premium.

You know, at first I thought that this was the wrong way to think. Indescriminantly killing everyone over there. I don't know if I'm willing to go as far to say that we should actually just nuke the whole place, BUT some serious SHIT needs to go down. We need to cause some massive destruction to these terrorists and not worry about the unfortunate civilian casualties that may or may not occur.
