That is not just any SIG 550 it is a 550 Sniper. More rare than a 550 and 551. And it could command that price tag because there are very few in the U.S.
$12,800 is too rich for my blood, unless it is anything full auto. |

Its WELL worth its price....like another poster said, its a 550 SNIPER. There are only a handful of these. The price if more that fair. It should go for about $15K.
Regular 550/551 Sigs go for about $12,500. I think its priced fair. This is a superb collectors piece. Also looking at his other sales, he also has a Steyr AUG 904 series for sale @ $2900; which is right on the money for an AUG. Actually, its a little low. Should be around $3250. This guy is a pro. I understand a lot of you say it does nothing your AR15 or Ruger Ranch Rifle can but think about it; what does a $6500 Rolex do that a $65 Timex does not? To each his own. |
