It's about time!  Don Siegelmann, the current (and soon to be former) governor of Alabama has formally given up the quest to be declared the winner by a bunch of lying liberal democrat vote stealers in a recount that hasn't happened.

Bob Riley, the Republican, has won, giving the Republicans 26 governor seats and the democraps 24.
