They should be allowed to own whatever they want... in their own fucking country.
An armed foreign national not authorized to be in the country is, IMHO, an invasion element, and should be dealt with accordingly. As most of them won't be in any recognized military uniform, summary execution is legal under the laws of armed conflict. That goes for anyone in the country illegally committing any sort of violent or larcenous act, actually, whether armed or not. |
