Probably. The person's name I would recognize, not the town name.

Oh Man... Now I got goose bumps !!
I always loved the feel & sound of UH1-E and my M60 at speed.

Ahhhh....  the elusive and rarely photographed M60D.  Any sign of a spade grip kit for the '240 series for you aviation types?

And remember fellas, before we get too jealous, this guy is just the driver.  Once in a while the enlisted guys get to have a little fun...

You clean an M60D with beer?  CLP works a little better...:)BTW, the armorer wouldn't let us do anything except swap barrels on our M60's...he would take the better part of a day in the arms room to detail the crew-served arms.  I remember watching him use some unauthorized stuff like carb cleaner and the like.  He once let me detail the bore on a M2 :).  Damn hankercheif patches are needed and it takes some muscle to brush that thing!

I'm wondering how long it takes to pick up 21,000 spent cases.

Great pics! Thanks for sharing!  That is one heck of alot of ammo.

Was curious, I noticed that you still fly the Huey.  Does your outfit have plans to switch to the Blackhawk?

Our Army Reserve unit here did, "Cav", and to tell you the truth they weren't too happy about it due to increase maintenence.

We are in the process of the transition now. We had 1 Hawk out to do gunnery, but it went down for Maint [:D]. They did fire some people out of it later in the day. I personally don't care for them.

If you look at the "Loading Up" pic, you will see a cach bag attached to the M60. They  work pretty well.

My first thought upon seeing the heading was, "Holy smokin' credit card!" Then I got to the first sentence. Still, can't help but be a little jealous! [:)]
