I was taking a nap after waking up at 5 this morning to go to the range and the sound of the firefight woke me up. I'd left it on the history channel when I fell asleep.

It's actually a decent show, except for the parts where they refer to the terrorists as "highly trained proffessionals"
    , this while showing reinactment footage of terrorists holding AK-47's above there heads sideways, and spraying full auto from around a corner....

Using frentic camera shots and quick cuts to disguise the cheapness and poor quality of the special effects/art direction is making me dizzy.
However, it is better than "Terminal Error" on Scifi!! G |

It is a great show. (re-play on TiVo today)
and we lost about 90 Marines (KIA) in that Operation. Even though an estimated 2,000+ enemy dead, 90 is a serious matter. Some real men in our Armed Forces, that's for sure!! |
