Ok, what is involved in this? I know it doesn't have to go through FFLs, but can I just ship it USPS, no questions asked, or do I have to FedEx Overnight it?

The overnight stuff is a rule of the carrier not a Federal law.

I know it's not law, but it's the only way Fedex will ship a handgun.
