Just send it USPS International. On the Declaration Form put 'handgrip' (only) and on "Value" put something small or "gift", Guarda di Financia will tax your receiving party based on the declared value.

If it's that Andy guy, I locked him for trying to buy parts illegally. Course it could be an informant working for the feds looking to trade you doing some time having your ass stretched in prison so he can get his sentence reduced.
