OMFG. THAT is horrible. It does not surprise me. In Utah, I believe a family had their children taken away b/c a librarian overheard a father tell his daughter that he would take to the water fountain in a minute. The librarian called UT's version of DHS b/c she "knew" the child was dehydrated.
I feel for that family! |

The police went home safe though, right? After all, the police were only upholding the Constitution and the rights of that family, certainly not their paycheck/pension.

I said the link was a dupe. Read it again. Arguably, due to the vagaries of the English language, the way you used "this" could've gone either way. The other thread got all the traction anyway
