Ok, so when the slaves in Texas found out they had been emancipated it was June 19th.  This Holiday is celebrated every year in Texas at least on the county and state level.

I propose a new Holiday for the Nation, the day that the AWB sunsets.  We will call it Septeenth, the day we got our freedom back.  Everything will shut down so that folks can barbecue and shoot all their favorite evil weapons with their friends.

I guess I should write Tom Delay about getting this on the agenda.

I'll celebrate a gun holiday when the NFA is gone.
