I was looking at doing this through Fedex or UPS and thier policies are pretty vague with in regards to parts. Obviously a slide and barrel can not be turned into a firearm without a receiver so technically these should be gun parts right?

Reason I ask is both have stipulations in regards to how firearms are sent and that raises the cost factor a lot. Having next to zero experience in selling/sending gun parts just needed some friendly advice on how to do this and not get myself in a bind.

thanks

Parts are just parts.  The handgun frame w/ the serial number is the firearm.

You can send the conversion kit via Ground or even USPO Priority Mail.

It is NOT a gun and there is no need to declare it as such.

So essentially I could just get a flat rate box from USPS and send it that way.
