They biggest problem here is not giving him a trial by a jury of his peers. So he withheld during discovery? Sounds like they know exactly what was withheld. That can be brought up during the trial in whatever fashion the judge wants. It happens all the time but you get a trial. He is due a trial the same as anyone. This is a basic right or I guess it used to be. Just because you are crazy doesn’t mean they aren’t out to get you.
