Went to the doc today and had it frozen. Now I'm currently waiting for it to turn black and crusty and eventually (hopefully) fall off. Should be a nice two weeks having to explain a hideous blob on my face.

I've had a real skin cancer cut out of my face, 12 stitches, after the first day or two of having a bandage over it, I said fuck it, if people don't like it, too bad. Had a couple more biopsied since then, I don't give it a thought.

That must suck for you.
Reminds me of the time I had 8 pieces of shrapnel dug out of my face in Iraq.
I didn't even bother going to salsa night at the USO. Knowone would dance with me.

If OP has one, wait! Many more will likely show up as he ages.

Last Friday I had a spot burned from my face.  Today I had my gall bladder removed.  9/1 I had a intengual hernia repaired.  I take Humira for severe plaque psoriasis.

After 60 it's just patch, patch, patch.

haha.  actually you hold the heat to the area just long enough to feel some searing pain then pull it away fast.  enough to trigger your body's response to try to heal the area but without causing any visible damage or scarring.  it is more or less the same thing the doctor does just using heat instead of cold.  the keratosis scabs over falls and heals like it was never there.  it is the same process you would use to treat warts.  you arent trying to burn it off.  you just need to trigger your immune system to think there is enough damage to go into healing mode in the area and it attacks the precancerous cells.  the medicine zyclara works in a similar way and can wipe out all of the precancerous cells from your face.
