I have a couple of the 40 mags and don't find them very reliable.

I dont have any 40's.... but I found my Scherer 33 rd 9mm mags to be less reliable than my 9mm Glock mags.
After the ban sunset, I sold my Scherers and replaced them with Glock mags. |

My local PoPo supply store tries to pass those off as GEN U WINE Glock mags. I didn't bite.
Bad enough they're charging the same for Scherer or Glock. |

I have one and my buddy tried it in his Kel-Tec .40 2000. It worked pretty good, but would jam open on the last round every time. Kinda sucks but I look at it as a lost round bolt hold open feature.

I've found with putting longer magazines in my Glocks, 13rd G21 mags in a G30, that the magazine fits loose and wiggles which is what causes the jams. They make an extension for the G21 mag to go in the G30 that holds it tight but I don't know of any such thing for the 29 and 33 round magazines.
