Saw some NO transplants in Houston yesterday, they were driving a four door Lincoln Continental

Yeah, they were at the gas station when I got there
they were there when I paid for my gas
they were there when I pumped my gas
they were there when I finished and drove off

There were two of them playing scratch-off lottery tickets the whole time

If you are serious I will try to give you some ideas

The lottery is a tax on people that are no good at math

Playing the lottery is probably the WORST way to get off welfare

It sucks your money, time and effort and returns nothing of value
(except for the "one in 10Million" or so, that actually win)
